Collette Hay - In 2015  DynicaBeauty Academy was launched. The drive and passion to inspire and nurture growth, achievement and excel within beauty, complementary and aesthetic therapy disciplines.

Her career spans over 34 years with dedicated perseverance. Owing London based salons, teaching in further education  and private centres, becoming a CIBTAC International Examiner, Internal & External Quality Assurance, Assessor & Lecturer. To this day her passion for passing her experiences onto those who share the same ambitions remains  rewarding. 

Opening her Academy brought her lifelong dream to fruition, deeply appreciating the values needed to move forward in existing and new careers.
