Who we are
Collette Hay - In 2015 DynicaBeauty Academy was launched. The drive and passion behind it was to inspire and nurture therapists to growth, achieve and excel within beauty, complementary and aesthetic therapy disciplines. Her journey has been inspirational, over 30 years with dedicated perseverance. Opening her Academy brought her lifelong dream to fruition, thus having a deep appreciation of the values needed to move forward in existing and new careers.
Her own career in beauty led to owning London based salons and later teaching in further education and private centres, leading her to becoming a CIBTAC International Examiner, Internal & External Quality Assurance, Assessor & Lecturer. To this day her passion for passing her experiences onto those who share the same ambitions remains rewarding.
Collette struggled with her own learning abilities against limited support and guidance, thus understands all the difficulties of being a part of a learning environment. Her Academy strongly values open access to diversity and equality and promotes welcoming, trusting environments to learn.
The demand for therapists within the industry is forever growing and learners investment time and financial commitment into training and education. Our courses are fully Ofqual compliant with the standards, legislation and quality assurance systems which support the learners journey from the beginning to long after their achievement.
The Academy is not just a training facility, it is community of lecturers guiding and supporting all who embrace the academy training.
