The Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF)  and Accredited Training
A regulated qualification falls within the RQF levels of Award the smallest level, Certificate the next level and Diploma the higher level. Each level is determined by the number and size of units of the total Qualification time (TQT) and guided learning hours (GLH) time taught by a tutor. Credits are calculated against th e (TQT). These qualifications are created in compliance with regulatory standards mapped against the knowledge and practical skills within them.

Accredited training is created by a training provider. This form of training is approved by an awarding accreditation body i.e. ABT (Association of beauty therapists) for insurance and membership purposes. These are non regulated but must adhere to regulations laid down by the approving body.

"Yesterday I did the Indian Head massage which was absolutely fantastic. Collette (my tutor) was kind, calm and extremely knowledgeable. She really took the time to go over the moves with me and provided me with positive and constructive feedback. I left feeling that I had been given first class training and feel I can go ahead and provide a wonderful new treatment for my clients. This is all set in a rather fabulous venue which adds to the calmness of the course. I highly recommend her courses. Thank you for a lovely day."
